The Article Processing Charge for publication in this journal is EUR 180.00 standard charges [EUR 180 (US$250) per article, for papers of Authors from developed countries; EUR 75 (US$100) per article, for papers of Authors from developing countries].
The publication charge includes: professional copyediting; immediate publication quickly upon acceptance; different format of publication (HTML, PDF); inclusion in many archives as PubMed Central, IndexCopernicus, DOAJ, among others; inclusion in PubMed (once our journals will be accepted). At submission, each corresponding author must confirm that he will pay our publication fee for publication. At the end of peer review all accepted papers are processed for publication: at this time PAGEPress also require payments; as soon as payments are received and all versions of the paper are approved, the paper will be published.
Please note that our fees does not include taxes; residents in the European union must add 21% as Value-Added Tax (VAT). Institutions and Organizations paying the fee on behalf of authors can avoid payment of VAT providing their VAT registration number.
Our fees covers costs for peer-review, copyediting, publication quickly upon acceptance; different format of publication (HTML, PDF); inclusion in many Open Access archives as Pubmedcentral and DOAJ, PubMed and others. At submission, each author must confirm that his willingness to pay our Article Processing Fee for publication.
ONLY in case of paper acceptance, authors from developing countries (see the list from the International Monetary Fund) who do not have funds to pay such fees, they will have an opportunity to waive each fee by sending a “Formal Request for waiving fee” to the Managing Editor, which will be evaluated by the Editorial Committee. Any other informal request (such as comments at submission time, or into the covering letter of the revised version) will not be taken into account.
At the end of peer review all accepted papers are processed for publication: at this time PAGEPress also require payments; once payments are received and all versions of the paper are approved, the paper is published.
